Use a net or blanket and do some tee work. You could throw against a wall (brick) and measure out 90ft and do some sprints. Work on fielding and throwing the way you would at your position. Not too much you can do alone, sorry. When I’m alone, I make the most of it by hitting off a tee a lot. Don’t take 100 straight swings. Break it down or your swing starts to get sloppy and you will just overwork yourself. Do 15-30 swings then take a break. Hope this helped!
