Well, there are a million drills you can do for baseball. Being 10 and just starting, you should focus on some hitting drills (since you will be hitting no matter where you play in the field). You can do things like the fence drill, chair drill, power bat drill, shadow drill, wiffle ball drill, tennis ball drill, etc. This will help with your offense and once you have that down you can start working on defensive drills.
